Job Description
Lutheran Hope Cambodia Organization (LHCO) is a local NGO in Cambodia that was renamed from Life With Dignity (LWD). LHCO works to serve vulnerable communities in Cambodia through development programs that prioritize human dignity.
LHCO is currently hiring for various positions:
- Project Coordinator (1 Position)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Science, Agronomy, or Animal Science.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in agriculture value chain and agro-enterprise development, specifically in livestock and vegetable enterprises extension.
- Experience in leading or facilitating business development and market linkages.
- Understanding of good governance principles and familiarity with relevant agricultural policies and regulations.
- Knowledge of project management.
- Good analytical skills and ability to verify information.
- People Skill, Problem-solving,
- Presentation, Training and development.
- Computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoints).
- Demonstrated proficiency in Khmer, both spoken and written; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Be flexible, proactive, and creative.
- Be committed and patient.
- Be honest, accountable and transparent.
- Willing to work in remote areas.
- Working under pressure.
- Willing to adapt and cope with changes.
- Open-minded and willing to listen to and learn from others.
- Team spirit and attitude of service
