Job Description

Lutheran Hope Cambodia Organization (LHCO) is a local NGO in Cambodia that was renamed from Life With Dignity (LWD). LHCO works to serve vulnerable communities in Cambodia through development programs that prioritize human dignity.

LHCO is currently hiring for various positions:

Job Requirements
Languages:
  • Khmer - Fluent
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Rural Development, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in community development, agriculture or youth economic empowerment.
  • Experience in implementing projects related to climate-smart agriculture, MSME support, or market linkage facilitation.
  • Experience working with NGOs, private sector actors, or government agencies is preferred.
  • Good analytical and report-writing skills.
  • Strong understanding of agriculture, entrepreneurship, and market system development.
  • Knowledge of climate-smart practices, financial literacy, and digital tools (e-wallet, mobile banking).
  • Excellent facilitation and community training skills.
  • Good at coordination, communication, and networking with multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Khmer and good command of English (writing and speaking).
  • Good Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet tools.
Soft Skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Flexible, proactive, and creative in problem-solving.
  • Honest, patient, and accountable.
  • Committed to teamwork and participatory approaches.
