Job Description
Lutheran Hope Cambodia Organization (LHCO) is a local NGO in Cambodia that was renamed from Life With Dignity (LWD). LHCO works to serve vulnerable communities in Cambodia through development programs that prioritize human dignity.
LHCO is currently hiring for various positions:
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in social or development work or graphic design or other related fields (highly preferred)
- A graphic design portfolio
- 2 or more years experience of content creation, resource development, graphic design.
- Experience of working with youth and social development
- Graphic design, content creation or resource creation
- Use of AI to generate graphics and resources
- Use of Canvas
- Growth mindset
- High level of motivation and a proven willingness to go the extra mile
- Critical thinker
- Creative
- Able to travel and work in rural communities
- Fluent in Khmer, and good at English, both writing and speaking
- Good Computer literacy in Word, Excel, illustrator or Canvas, PowerPoint.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and strong in encouraging others
- Be Flexible, proactive, and creative in problem-solving.
- Honest, patient, and accountable.
- Committed to teamwork and participatory approaches.
- Willing to work under pressure and adapt to change.
