Job Description
Lutheran Hope Cambodia Organization (LHCO) is a local NGO in Cambodia that was renamed from Life With Dignity (LWD). LHCO works to serve vulnerable communities in Cambodia through development programs that prioritize human dignity.
LHCO is currently hiring for various positions:
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture and other development work with NGOs, the private sector, and/or government in coordination, partnership, and project cycle management.
- Experience, including staff development and supervision, preferably in the context of civil society organizations, good governance, or sustainable development projects for 3 years as a minimum
- Experience in facilitating Rights Based Approach
- Understanding the principles and practices of good governance in familiarity with relevant policies, regulations on agriculture, market linkage, and value chain.
- Understanding of project and budget/financial management
- Community Development
- Good analytical skills and ability to verify information Presentation
- Observation and conceptual skills
- Training and development
- Monitoring and evaluation
- Effective communication and coordination
- Fluent in Khmer & English, both writing and speaking
- Good Computer literacy in Ms-Office as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Email, and Internet
- Be flexible, proactive, and creative
- Be committed and patient
- Be honest
- Be accountable and transparent
- Willing to work in remote areas
- Working under pressure
- Willing to adapt and cope with changes
