Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy, strategic, and results-driven Deputy Sales Manager to join our growing logistics team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution. You will support the Sales Manager in leading our business development team, managing key accounts, and optimizing our freight forwarding and logistics solutions.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Team Leadership: Assist I supervise the sales team, provide mentorship, and ensure KPIs and revenue targets are met.
  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities across [Ocean/Air/Road/3PL] sectors.
  • Strategic Planning: Help develop and implement sales strategies to expand our market share and improve profit margins.
  • Account Planning: Maintain and grow relationships with high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and global shipping rates to keep our offerings competitive.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, or a related field
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Experience: 5+ years in Freight Forwarding/Logistics sales, with at least 1-2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of global Sea/Air freight, Agricultural goods export and industry trend.
Soft Skills
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Male are encouraged to apply
  • Good comment in English communication and interpersonal skill (plus Chinese speaking)
  • Able to handle other tasks assigned by management and willing to work for long term
  • Timeliness and accountability for results
  • Good attitude, honest, flexible and presentable
  • Have personal transportation
