Job Description

Job Title: Sale Manager (“SM”) - Outside (1 Sale Manager)
Duty Station: Ly Hour Leasing Plc, Phnom Penh, Cambodia 
Duration: Unfixed Duration Contract
Reporting Line: Head of Sale (“HS”)
Supervising Line: Sale Consultant
Job Purpose: The Sale Manager is responsible for effective and efficient management and leadership in the company’s sale activities.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Under the full supervision and monitoring of the Head of Sale, the SM is responsible for, but not limit to, the following duties and responsibilities:
    • Outside sales, which involves visiting clients in the field (Depo of Movable Property) with new or existing clients.
    • Develop and update knowledge of their own products and the products of their competitors.
    • Speak with other sales and marketing personnel in their company to determine the best methods of promoting products.
    • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale and maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
    • Gathering market and customer information, then negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales and challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
    • Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system and keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
    • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
    • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management and attending team meeting to sharing best practice with colleagues.

Job Requirements
  • At least, bachelor degree in marketing, management, or related fields;
  • Five years of related experience;
  • Proficiency in English, verbal and written communication;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/ Excel and computer knowledge
  • Good in analytical, planning, writing and interpersonal skills;
  • Age at least 25 years old;
