Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Record daily financial transactions in QuickBooks.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and submit tax declarations (VAT, withholding tax, salary tax, and annual tax returns).
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and accounting standards.
- Maintain fixed asset and inventory records.
- Process payroll and related tax calculations.
- Assist with budgeting and cash flow monitoring.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain organized and confidential financial documents.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Accounting experience for 2 years as a minimum
- Strong knowledge of Cambodian tax regulations.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good communication skills in Khmer and English.
- Experience dealing with the General Department of Taxation.
- Knowledge of payroll and HR-related accounting.
- Professional accounting certification is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
