Job Description
We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Record and verify daily warehouse-related accounting transactions.
- Record company fixed assets to all company.
- Reconcile physical inventory with accounting and system records.
- Assist & Coordinate with internal departments and prepared accounting documentation, PV,PCV
- Monitor inventory movements and investigate discrepancies between physical stock and system balances.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate recording of inventory transactions.
- Monitor damaged, expired, missing, or obsolete inventory(Item/Fixed assets) and visit to reconcile on site fixed assets
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Medium
- Bachelor's Degree
- Accounting Officer in Construction for 1 to 3 years
- Accounting
- Warehouse
- QuickBooks
- Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point....,)
