Job Description

Job Responsibilities & Duties
- DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overview
- Drive business performance to position the brand as a leading player.
- Build sales plans and achieve sales targets and gross profit budgets.
- Deliver excellent customer experience for mid–high-end customer segments.
- Manage inventory levels and merchandise turnover.
- Ensure highest service quality.
- Develop and manage subordinates.
- Maintain brand image standards.
- Use POS effectively.
- Manage assigned budgets.
- Travel as required.
- Responsibilities in Detail
- Brand Operations Management
- Sales
- Execute assigned sales targets.
- Manage resources efficiently.
- Analyze performance and adjust strategies.
- Increase revenue via business strategy.
- Role model customer service culture.
- Oversee distribution channels.
- Merchandise / Product
- Manage inventory, turnover, shrinkage.
- Prevent internal/external theft.
- Ensure merchandising standards.
- Monitor ranking lists.
- Train staff on fashion trends and product knowledge.
- Propose stock transfers.
- Supervise stock checks.
- Build buying strategies.
- Prepare sell-through and slow-mover reports.
- Conduct buying trips.
- Analyze buying plans.
- Set sales strategies based on P&L.
- Coordinate with brand teams.
- People Management
- Internal:
- Lead and develop engaged teams.
- Communicate company culture.
- Ensure compliance with policies.
- Recruit, train, evaluate staff.
- Monitor cross-functional compliance.
- Train on product knowledge and selling skills.
- Review timesheets.
- Track daily sales and prevent target sharing.
- Address issues of outsourced teams.
- Motivate team spirit.
- Communicate operational policies.
- Coordinate with regionals.
- Ensure effective manpower planning.
- Work with HR on staffing matters.
- Develop high-potential staff.
- Maintain turnover below 20%.
- External (Customer-related):
- Ensure service quality.
- Resolve complaints immediately.
- Conduct direct marketing.
- Build customer database.
- Brand Image Management
- Ensure store cleanliness and standards.
- Update window displays regularly.
- Conduct market surveys.
- Fix defects promptly.
- Maintain compliance with principal inspections.
- Other Responsibilities
- Develop SOPs and procedures.
- Complete required reports.
- Conduct market visits.
- Report to General Director/GBD.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English
- Bachelor's Degree in /College in Business Admin/Marketing/Economics.
- Brand/Product Management for 3 years
- Retail/Fashion/Cosmetics/Luxury experience.
- Strong management and communication skills.
- Excellent English.
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
