Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Lead Market Entry & Relocation Services: Oversee the full range of relocation solutions including business tours, investor orientation, landing support, and onboarding.
  • Immigration & Personal Setup: Supervise client support for business visa, work permit, residence permit, health insurance, and personal/company bank account opening.
  • Citizenship by Investment: Manage end-to-end coordination of citizenship application processes, working with legal and government stakeholders to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Business Tour Management: Design and lead investor tours, coordinate with internal departments and external partners to deliver insightful and high-conversion experiences.
  • Market Research Execution: Oversee custom research and feasibility studies to support market entry, including data collection, analysis, and reporting on industry trends and regulatory landscapes.
  • Government & Partner Engagement: Act as a liaison with ministries (MOI, MOLVT, GDI, MOC), banks, and external partners to expedite and resolve client cases.
  • Team Management & Training: Lead, train, and support sub-service team members, ensuring quality standards, speed, and client satisfaction are consistently met.
  • SOP & Process Development: Create and improve standard operating procedures and tools to increase efficiency, reduce turnaround time, and scale services.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with legal, property, business setup, accounting, tax, and HR teams to deliver a seamless and integrated client experience.
  • Compliance & Policy Monitoring: Ensure all services comply with Cambodian laws and policies, and remain aligned with regulatory updates.
  • Client Experience & Retention: Maintain high levels of personalized service, follow-through, and satisfaction to support long-term client relationships.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • Khmer - Fluent
  • English - Fluent
  • Chinese - Simplified is preferred
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in International Business, Public Administration, Law, or related field.
Work History:
  • Experience in immigration services, market entry, or cross-border business support. for 7 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Immigration & Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of Cambodian immigration laws, visa categories, work permits, residence permits, and citizenship application procedures.
  • Business Relocation Processes: Technical know-how in supporting foreign investors through relocation services, including legal structuring, bank account setup, and investor onboarding.
  • Client Onboarding & Service Mapping: Skilled in mapping and managing the full client onboarding journey—from arrival, tour, legal setup, to service integration.
  • Business Tour Planning & Execution: Ability to design strategic investor tours, prepare customized itineraries, coordinate logistics, and communicate investment opportunities effectively.
  • Citizenship by Investment: Familiarity with the legal, procedural, and documentation requirements for applying for Cambodian citizenship by royal decree or investment pathway.
  • Market Research & Feasibility Studies: Competence in conducting industry-specific research, competitor analysis, and investment insights to support client decision-making.
  • Government Liaison & Public Administration: Experience in working with ministries (MOI, MOLVT, GDI, MOC), banks, and administrative institutions to process applications and solve regulatory issues.
  • SOP Development & Service Optimization: Capable of developing and enforcing standard operating procedures to ensure consistent service quality and turnaround time.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Technical skill in aligning relocation services with legal, HR, property, tax, and business setup departments to deliver a unified client experience.
  • Service Reporting & Case Management: Ability to track, document, and report on client service progress using internal tools or CRM platforms.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Khmer; Chinese is an advantage.
