Job Description
We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Overall Operations & Task Delegation: Lead the daily briefing, assign production targets, and delegate daily operations to the Team Leads.
- Agronomy & Quality Control: Monitor overall crop and animal health, and serve as the final inspector at the loading zone.
- Harvest & Workflow Management: Execute the daily harvest strategy based on variable truck dispatch schedules and adapt operations to logistical changes.
- Inventory Control: Manage the secure supply room, including seeds, natural organic treatments, and fuel mixing.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Good
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or equivalent practical experience in farm management
- Managing commercial agricultural operations, crop production, and large field teams for 3 to 5 years as a minimum
- Deep technical knowledge of strictly organic farming practices, spanning both vegetable/fruit agronomy and animal husbandry.
- Proven ability to manage a team of 30+ workers through subordinate Team Leads.
