MARICI is an FNGO registered with the Royal Government of Cambodia. Its missions are to protect and empower women and children, promote the safety net in the community, and partner with governments in their efforts to counter human trafficking. We are looking for potential and passionate team members to add value to the organisation's mission in Cambodia.
- Research Associate (3 Positions)
- Plan and execute field research aligned with defined objectives and outcomes.
- Engage and interact with diverse stakeholders in the field to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing research reports and documentation.
- Compile and analyse data points to generate actionable insights.
- Translate complex research findings into clear, concise presentations and reports.
- Conduct process, policy, and protocol assessments and contribute to testing and validation.
- Recommend improvements based on field research and analysis.
- Draft reports, white papers, and other formal documentation for internal and external audiences.
- Provide support to Senior Analysts in conducting data analysis and report writing.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior field research experience in rural, urban, or mixed settings.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse communities and individuals, including strangers.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in new environments and field locations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Khmer
- Excellent documentation and data presentation abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and/or data analysis tools (preferred).
