- Supervise and support residents through their daily routines
- Guide residents on personal hygiene, cleanliness, and daily tasks

- Help organize recreational activities and life skills sessions
- Emotional Support
- Provide encouragement and a listening ear for residents
- Observe and report emotional or behavioral concerns to supervisor or counselor
- Help resolve conflicts between residents using appropriate methods
- Team Collaboration
- Help organize shelter activities and events
- Participate in team and daily meetings
- Report significant events to the supervisor
- Khmer - Fluent is required
- English - Basic is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Undergraduate Degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Community Development, English, IT, or a related field
- Experience working with girls or vulnerable youth from disadvantaged families is an advantage
- Genuine passion and commitment to working with children and youth in need
- Ability to assist in teaching computer skills, English, or other basic skills is a priority
- Patient, caring, and responsible
- Ability to work shifts or weekends
- Heart for social work and supporting vulnerable youth
- Ability to mentor and serve as a positive role model
- Patience and emotional regulation
