Marywell International School Phnom Penh, located in Sen Sok, is an Oxford International Curriculum school with a special focus on delivering a play-based approach in our Early Years program. Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • MISPP is now hiring for the 2026/2027 school year. We are seeking play-based Early Years instructors and passionate, creative, and effective Primary teachers who can take curriculum planning and teaching beyond the textbook.
  • At MISPP, we utilize the Oxford International Curriculum with a strong focus on student well-being and supporting the whole child through engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences. We are looking for educators who are excited to support our vision for the upcoming school year and contribute positively to our growing school community.
Job Requirements

Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • We are seeking passionate and dedicated educators who are committed to creating a positive, student-centered learning environment.
  • Teachers should have experience or interest in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Primary Education.
  • Educators must be able to effectively follow the Oxford International Curriculum while also bringing creativity and innovation into the classroom.
  • We value teachers who can go beyond the textbook by utilizing inquiry-based, project-based, and differentiated teaching methods to support a variety of learning styles.
  • Teachers are expected to create engaging lesson plans and complete administrative responsibilities in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teachers should actively participate in ongoing professional development and collaborate with colleagues to support continuous school improvement.
Soft Skills
  • Candidates should be enthusiastic about fostering whole-child development, including academic, social, emotional, and creative growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential when working with students, parents, coworkers, and the leadership team.
  • Staff members are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism and understand that teaching is a position of leadership and positive example within the school community.
  • We are looking for educators who are caring, adaptable, team-oriented, and passionate about inspiring young learners both inside and outside the classroom.
