Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Outbound Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound B2B telephone calls via our web-based VoIP dialer system.
- Activity Metrics: Log a minimum of 2.5 hours of active phone "Talk Time" per scheduled working UK business day.
- Navigation: Engage gatekeepers and confidently navigate to directors or business owners.
- Pitching: Deliver a concise, professional, and well-rehearsed B2B elevator pitch using provided talk tracks.
- Qualification: Qualify business prospects efficiently by identifying pain points, budget windows, and decision timelines.
- Data Management: Accurately input information and complete applications directly into the company CRM.
- Data Compliance: Strictly follow UK GDPR rules—accessing data only via our secure system without downloading or storing information locally.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Good is required
- Telemarketing, outbound sales, customer service, or a call center environment (experience dealing with Western clients or UK/US businesses is highly preferred) for 1 year as a minimum
- English Skills: Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral, professional, and confident telephone manner.
- B2B Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in .
- Resilience & Drive: A highly positive, self-motivated attitude with a proven ability to handle corporate rejection constructively.
- Technical Literacy: Comfortable working with cloud-based CRM software, Google Workspace, and web dialer tools.
