MCGS Distribution Centre Co.,LTD is a well registered company in kingdom of Cambodia, launched in early 2017, We have imported outstanding high quality milk and baby products of well-known brand from Australia/New Zealand. MCGS company imports products exclusively from Australia. The company have distributed products across Cambodia from Phnom Penh city to provinces by our professional team members. We have ambitious of expanding our sales and distribution services both locally and internationally to be the top in the country with our high potential teams.
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- Manage the company’s digital platforms, ensuring consistent branding and content alignment.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns in line with promotional strategies.
- Create engaging and high-quality content for social media, websites, and other digital channels.
- Communicate with key accounts to coordinate digital and promotional plans.
- Monitor and respond to social media inquiries, comments, and messages on time.
- Analyze and report on digital campaign performance, making recommendations for improvements.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships and segmentation.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Other tasks assigned by marketing supervisor.
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Communication in FMCGS industry for 1 year as a minimum
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
- Experience with CRM systems and customer segmentation strategies.
- Experience work with Influencer.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Experience in working in the Milk industry is preferable.
- Highly flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong understanding of business and industry.
