Me² is building its first team in Phnom Penh.
Me² provides back-office operations to established businesses in Australia: administration, finance, customer service and marketing. Our trained team does the work, supported by AI tools and documented workflows.
We are hiring three Operations Executives. Each will specialise in one area and help across the team when needed. This suits generalists who are ready for hard work and want to grow with the company as it scales.
- Maintain accurate property, tenant and landlord records.
- Assist with tenancy documentation, routine administration and data entry.
- Track maintenance requests and coordinate follow-ups with relevant parties.
- Prepare property management reports and assist with arrears monitoring.
- Respond to routine enquiries using established procedures and templates.
- Maintain task records, follow documented workflows and escalate exceptions.
- Protect confidential tenant, client and business information.
- English - Fluent is required
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to follow documented procedures and manage recurring tasks reliably.
- Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets and online business systems.
- Willingness to learn new software and use AI-assisted tools responsibly.
- Experience in property management or Australian real estate administration is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
