Mekong View Properties is the leading property developer at Chroy Changva Peninsular with mix development consisting of both condominiums and hotel condominium. With five high rise buildings currently completed, all located at Chroy Changva area, our company is positioned as the major developer in the fast-growing area. The result of our comprehensive development team are quality and on-time completions of all projects. We are looking for the right candidate to expand our hospitality projects as below positions:
- Night Receptionist
- Greeting, registering, and assigning rooms to guests
- Answering telephone and in-person queries related to hotel services and resolved any issues
- Processing guests’ check ins and outs
- Preparing and completing rooms and restaurant bills
- Assisting guests’ in storing valuables in secure deposit box
- Liaising with other departments of hotel
- Handling payments through cash, cheque and credit cards
- Checking all reservations of guests
- Working with OTA and report it.
- Providing on job training concerning to hospitality guidelines
- Other tasks assigned by Front Office Manager
- Male Only
- Bachelor Degree of English literature or equivalence
- At least 1 year experience on above field
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Internet, Email etc.)
- Good in English (listening and speaking skills are crucial for effective communication)
- Be able to work for 12-hours at night shift
- Motivated, positive attitude, pro-active, and team-work oriented
A successful Hotel Sales & Marketing Executive plays a vital role in driving revenue and contributing to the overall success of the hotel. They must be proactive, customer-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal and sales skills.
