Mekong View Properties is the leading property developer at Chroy Changva Peninsular with mix development consisting of both condominiums and hotel condominium. The result of our comprehensive development team are quality and on-time completions of all projects. We are looking for the right candidate to expand our hospitality projects as below positions:
- Restaurant & Banquet Supervisor
- Supervise the employees within the department ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are being used as stated in Departmental Operations Manual under the guidance of the outlet Manager or assistant
- Supervise, train and motivate the service staff
- Ensure and assist in the smooth running of all service procedures within the outlet (welcoming guest, seating, order taking, service, settling bill, leaving)
- Ensure that the outlet opens on time and all places is done (laying table, stocking service stations and pantry, replenishment of all condiments)
- Ensure that all captains and waitresses/waiter have a completed knowledge of the menus, wine and beverage list and can explain each or drink in detail to the customer in Khmer or English
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the hotel's facilities, services, and benefits.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals for the hotel.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Be able to work in split-shift when needed to serve functioning/banquet
- To assist the manager with the smooth and efficient manning of the outlet and replace him or her in absence.
- To assist in the training of the employees ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum efficiency
- Plan and implement effective skills training programs in conjunction with the F&B Manager
- High school diploma or GED.
- Has positive attitude, willing to learn and adapt to changes
- Experience working in Food & Beverage or similar experiencing positions
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills are essential for securing profitable contracts and deals.
- Proficiency in Khmer and English and competency in ICT
