Job Description

We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Promote services and handle customer inquiries professionally
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns and promotions
  • Lead and support sales/front desk team to improve performance
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the customer journey
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
Work History:
  • Sales, tourism, or hospitality for 3 to 5 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Experience working with hotels, travel agencies, or tour operators is highly preferred
  • English: Good (spoken and written)
Soft Skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Leadership and team management ability
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook…)
