Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- Accountant Assistant
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Work with Senior Sales for Account Receivable
- Work for Account Payable record
- Issue invoices and prepare statement to customers
- Work with stock controller to control the stock and report
- Filing and maintain proper document
- Key-in data accounting
- Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints
- Other task required by Account Controller/Manager
Job Requirements
- Age under 25, Female
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (Accounting/Finance….)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- 1 year of experiences as accounting/ Finance or related field
- Good communications skills, interpersonal skills and pro-active.
- Good command of English and Microsoft office (Word & Excel)
- Knowledge of related Finance system
- Knowledge in accounting system “Quickbooks” is a plus
