The Royal Government of Cambodia has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the financing of the Road Network Improvement Project (Phase 2), the Project. The invitation is for selection of National Assistant Accountant № 1 (2nd Replacement).
The Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MPWT) will be the executing agency for the Project and the implementing agency will be the Project Management Unit 3 (PMU3). The programs are detailing in TOR.
- The National Assistant Accountant 1 (2nd Replacement), is required to have at least the following qualification and knowledge/experience:
- Bachelor Degree of Accounting or other related fields;
- Minimum 5-years working experience with development agencies and others;
- Minimum 3-years relevant experience in accounting disciplines;
- Good spoken and written English;
- Cambodian citizen.
The consultant selection will be the recruitment of individual consultant and based upon the “Guidelines on The Use of Consultants by Asian Development Bank and Its Borrowers, March 2013”. The short-listing evaluation will be strictly based on the submitted CV by the interested consultants. The deadline for the submission of EOIs is the closing date at 10:59 PM (Phnom Penh local time) or 11:59 PM (Manila local time) to the address. Individual consultants will be advised of the result of his/her EOI. Only individual consultant that have been short-listed will be invited for contract negotiation. The names and addresses of short-listed consultants will be published.
