Job Description
Bioderma is one of the main leading French dermo-cosmetic brands. Created in 1977, it is today among the top 10 worldwide brands in dermo-cosmetics and is present in over 100 countries. Bioderma has opened a joint venture structure in January 2022 in Phnom Penh under the name Mintha Care (Cambodia) Co., Ltd.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure product displays follow brand standards
- Execute merchandising activities during campaigns and promotions
- Set up POSM tools, displays, testers, and other visibility materials
- Coordinate closely with sales and marketing teams to strengthen in-store presence
- Support offline marketing events and activations
- Monitor competitor displays, retail trends, and propose improvement actions
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
- French is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or related field
- 1–2 years experience in merchandising, retail operations, or marketing
- Good aesthetic sense and attention to detail in product presentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Fluent in Khmer and English; French is a plus
- Willing to travel to stores frequently and flexible with field work
