Job Description
Bioderma is one of the main leading French dermo-cosmetic brands. Created in 1977, it is today among the top 10 worldwide brands in dermo-cosmetics and is present in over 100 countries. Bioderma has opened a joint venture structure in January 2022 in Phnom Penh under the name Mintha Care (Cambodia) Co., Ltd.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct product training for retailers, beauty advisors, and internal teams
- Provide deep understanding of product features, benefits, and correct usage
- Monitor sell-out data to track product performance in retail channels
- Analyze sales trends to identify growth opportunities and improvement areas
- Prepare reports and recommendations for marketing and sales strategy
- Support marketing activities with accurate product knowledge
- Other tasks assigned by manager
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
- French is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Cosmetic Science, or related field
- 1–2 years experience in beauty, sales training, or retail roles
- Passion for the beauty industry and customer-focused mindset
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; confident in public speaking
- Fluent in Khmer and English; French is a plus
- Good analytical ability with strong Excel reporting skills
- Able to travel for market visits and training sessions when needed
