Job Description

Mong Reththy Investment Cambodia Oil Palm Co., Ltd. is an international joint venture companies between a foreign and local shareholder. With more than 800 employees, the MRT-TCC J.V is an internationally recognized leads in the oil palm business and runs a thriving sea port. To achieve its objective, we are looking for high quality candidates to fill the positions below:

  • Senior HR Officer (1 Position)
Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Plan and organize training sessions for employees.
  • Prepare training materials and support documents.
  • Coordinate with internal and external trainers for training courses
  • Coordinate and collaborate closely with other departments
  • Keep records and create training report for training activities.
  • Follow up training evaluation.
  • Support activities and documents related to all quality standard (ie., ISO, RSPO, HACCP).
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in admin or HR Management or related field.
  • At least two years’ experience in Admin Management.
  • Good computer skill, good knowledge of written and spoken English or Thai
  • Patient, flexible, honest, trustworthy, fast learner and team work.
  • Be able stay and work in rural area.
