Job Description
MONOGATE CONSULTING is a professional advisory firm that acts as a single gateway for domestic and foreign investors. We specialize in end-to-end support covering market entry, regulatory compliance, and operational setup to navigate local business complexities so clients can focus on growth and long term success.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provide strategic legal advice to management and executives on corporate and regulatory matters.
- Ensure company operations comply with local laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the business and advise accordingly.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer
- English
- Chinese - Simplified is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in corporate law, contractual law or a similar legal role for 1 to 3 years is preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Khmer and English - Written and spoken (Chinese is a plus).
- Competency in Microsoft Office.
- In-depth knowledge of local law, government regulations and industry-specific regulations.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, contract, and commercial law.
- Excellent communication skills.
