Job Description

MONOGATE CONSULTING is a professional advisory firm that acts as a single gateway for domestic and foreign investors. We specialize in end-to-end support covering market entry, regulatory compliance, and operational setup to navigate local business complexities so clients can focus on growth and long term success.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Create and manage marketing content across digital and print channels, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
  • Manage the company's social media presence and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and monitor marketing performance to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
  • Support business development by preparing marketing materials, presentations, and company profiles.
  • Perform other marketing and public relations duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • Khmer - Fluent
  • English - Fluent
  • Chinese - Simplified is preferred
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, PR or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Work History:
  • Marketing, PR, communications or a related field for 1 to 3 years
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Khmer and English - Written and spoken (Chinese is a plus).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong content creation, and familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe is an advantage)
Soft Skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
