Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new customers throughout Cambodia.
- Promote and sell road rollers, wheel loaders, tractors, and related attachments.
- Conduct customer visits, equipment presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Regularly visit construction sites, farms, plantations, and equipment rental companies.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries.
- Follow up on customer satisfaction after equipment delivery.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable equipment for their applications.
- Market Development
- Identify upcoming construction, infrastructure, and agricultural projects.
- Monitor competitor activities and market pricing.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback.
- Support promotional campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and demonstration events.
- Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with the service and spare parts departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.
- Submit weekly sales reports and monthly forecasts.
- Follow up on customer payments and collections when required.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Basic
- Khmer - Fluent
- Chinese - Simplified is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Agriculture, or related field.
- Sales experience for 1 to 3 years is preferred
- Fresh graduates with strong motivation may be considered.
- Experience in heavy equipment, automotive, machinery, agricultural equipment, lubricants, or industrial products is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of construction and agricultural equipment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel extensively within Cambodia.
- Basic English communication.
- Chinese language ability is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Good presentation and selling skills.
