Job Description

We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Coordinate the go-to-market plan for each country with the Marketing Manager, from pre-launch to ongoin growth.
  • Run social media channels and adapt campaigns to each market's language, culture, and platforms.
  • Coordinate content creation (videos, graphics, copy) with designers, translators, freelancers, and KOLs.
  • Engage with learners: reply to chats and comments, and encourage reviews and feedback.
  • Grow app downloads and subscriptions through paid campaigns, promotions, and trial-to-paid offers.
  • Work with software engineers to turn learner feedback and data into app feature improvements.
  • Track results per market and report regularly to the Marketing Manager.
  • Take on other marketing tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager or the leadership team.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • Khmer - Fluent is required
  • English - Good is required
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business or related field is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Social media marketing and paid ads (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram)
  • App marketing, App Store Optimization (ASO), and subscription growth
  • Content creation and video editing (Canva, CapCut, Adobe)
  • Analytics, CRM, and project management tools
  • Copywriting in Khmer and English, using AI tools
Soft Skills
  • Strong communication and an outgoing personality
  • Creative and data-driven problem-solving
  • Organized, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Teamwork with marketing and engineering teams
  • Adaptable to new markets, cultures, and languages
