Job Description

Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Plan, Script, shoot, and edit short-from video optimized for multiple channels (TikTok, Instagram Reels, and similar platforms.
- Stay updated with trending audio, challenges, and formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align videos with brand goals, campaigns, and storytelling direction.
- Create engaging hooks and captions to maximize reach and engagement.
- Edit videos with strong pacing, transitions, and visual effects that fit platform trends.
- Monitor analytics and performance to refine content strategies.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule across platforms.
- Experiment with new content ideas, formats, and creative approaches.
- Another tasks signed by Marketing Manager.
Job Requirements
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
- Proven experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
- Strong video editing skills (Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
- Knowledge of social media algorithms and audience engagement strategies.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into engaging video content.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
