Job Description

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Order Processing
  • Receive, verify, and process sales orders from sales representatives, distributors, and key accounts
  • Ensure accuracy of pricing, discounts, schemes, and product codes
  • Sales Support
  • Provide daily administrative support to the sales team
  • Coordinate between sales, warehouse, logistics, and accounts departments
  • Cooperate with stock controllers and update stocks to sale teams
  • Cooperate and work delivery teams to Inform customer/ sales teams about goods delivered and follow up.
  • Documentation & Records
  • Prepare sales invoices, delivery notes, credit notes, and related documents
  • Maintain updated records of sales orders, dispatches, returns, and claim
  • Stock & Inventory Coordination
  • Coordinate with warehouse to confirm stock availability
  • Track stock movement and report low or fast-moving items
  • Distributor & Customer Coordination
  • Handle distributor queries related to orders, deliveries, pricing, and promotions
  • Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and payment-related issues
  • Sales Reports
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Track sales targets vs achievement and share updates with management
  • Payment & Accounts Support
  • Coordinate with accounts team on customer outstanding balances
  • Assist in credit control by tracking overdue payments
  • Ensure all sales transactions comply with company policies
  • Maintain accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • General Office Support
  • Maintain sales files, databases, and ERP/Excel records
  • Support audits and management reviews when required
  • Other tasks might be assigned by sales Manager.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, & Marketing, or other relevant fields;
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in FMCG, including at least 2 years in a relevant role.
  • Computer literacy: MS Office and more
  • Excellent organizational & Time Management Skill
Soft Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitasks and work a in fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories.
  • Be friendly, flexible, honestly, hard-working, and willing to work as a team.
