- Learning & Development Strategy
- Develop capacity building and LD strategy plan
- Identify skills gaps and create learning roadmaps for teams and leadership roles.
- Measure the impact of L&D initiatives on business performance and employee growth.
- Training Program Design & Delivery
- Design, plan, and deliver training programs for employees at all levels.
- Ensure training programs are inclusive, engaging, and accessible.
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to create role-specific learning pathways.
- Oversee the creation of curriculum, learning materials, and e-learning content.
- Leadership & Talent Development
- Identify high-potential employees and create leadership development programs.
- Support succession planning and career development initiatives.
- Coach managers and leaders on employee development, performance management, and people engagement.
- Learning Culture & Engagement
- Promote a learning culture across the organization where continuous development is encouraged.
- Encourage employees to take ownership of their professional development.
- Gather feedback and measure employee engagement and training effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Management
- Partner with senior leaders and managers to align development initiatives with business priorities.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners to integrate learning into talent management processes.
- Engage external vendors or consultants when specialized expertise is required.
- Leadership in L&D Team
- Lead or mentor other L&D team members.
- Share best practices and drive innovation in learning approaches and technology.
- Other tasks might be assigned by sales Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in Culture & People, planning, and training program design for 3 to 5 years as a minimum
- L&D program design, leadership coaching, and adult learning.
- Computer literacy: MS Office and more
- Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent organizational & Time Management Skill
- Problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitasks and work a in fast-paced environment.
- Be friendly, flexible, honestly, hard-working, and willing to work as a team.
