Established in 1997, Northbridge International School Cambodia is the leading IB schools in Cambodia. The school currently caters for approximately 1000 students from 2- 18 years old though our IB continuum PYP, MYP and DP programs.
- Learning Support Assistant
- Provide full-time, one-to-one support to the student throughout the school day.
- Assist with academic learning, emotional regulation, and social integration.
- Support the child in developing coping strategies to manage daily challenges.
- Help with personal care and daily routines as needed.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and specialists to ensure consistent support and progress.
- You are calm, patient, and resilient, even in challenging situations.
- Previous experience working with children with special needs (e.g., autism, ADHD, developmental delays) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of how to provide emotional and behavioural support.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A nurturing and positive attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile.
