Established in 1997, Northbridge International School Cambodia is the leading IB schools in Cambodia. The school currently caters for approximately 1000 students from 2- 18 years old though our IB continuum PYP, MYP and DP programs.
- One to One Teaching Assistant
- Supporting the student in a range of subjects, helping them engage with the curriculum and complete tasks.
- Developing an understanding of the student’s unique needs and adapting support strategies accordingly.
- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being through patience, encouragement, and consistency.
- Working with teaching staff to prepare resources and adapt materials to suit the student’s learning style.
- Supporting the student in social situations during break times or school activities.
- Keeping detailed records of progress, challenges, and achievements to inform planning and review meetings.
- Liaising with teachers, the SENCO, parents/carers, and external professionals as required.
- This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. It requires flexibility, creativity, and a genuine passion for helping young people succeed.
- Patient, compassionate, and able to build strong, trusting relationships with young people.
- Resilient and calm under pressure, with the ability to handle challenging situations positively.
- A team player who communicates effectively with staff, students, and parents.
- Committed to safeguarding and supporting the welfare of children.
- Proactive and willing to learn, with an understanding of (or interest in) Special Educational Needs (SEN).
