NTC GROUP is seeking qualified and committed for the positions below:
- English - Fluent
- Master's Degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least experience in private school management for 6 years
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of school management and operations.
- Willingness & ability to work and travel frequently to visit schools, attend meetings, and prepare events
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a strong team-oriented approach.
