Job Description
Oknha Mong Port Co., Ltd. is an international joint venture companies between a Thai company and Cambodia company with more than 800 employees. The MRT-TCC JV is an internationally recognized lead in the oil palm business and runs a thriving sea port. To achieve its objective, we are looking for high quality candidates to fill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Get Inform about boat, ship and barge Arrival for prepare action plan
- Prepare action plan and submit to Operation manager approval
- Giving action plan to foreman to arrange the works to all staff members according to actual work
- Check and follow up to the members’ activities were given to do.
- Check and follow up to technical standard safely and successful achievement.
- Check follow up to the labor Worker on boat, vessel and barge in accordance with the requirements of customers.
- Advise to the foreman to straighten the members to operate the machineries with technical standard safely and successful achievement, after finished the works must arrange to keep back for the machineries proper area in order.
- Giving instruction to the foreman and members to keep back the machineries orderly in parking area, when finishing works with safety.
- Inform to operation manager about boat, ship and barge were berthed in the port or haven’t berthed for doing daily work plan.
- Inform Work result to Operation Manager after finishing operation.
- Inform to Operation Manager in case of any problem occurs.
- Inform to Operation Manager when the machineries need overall check or maintenance. Other tasks as assigned by operation director.
- Request for paid labor workers.
- Request for rental of machinery.
- Request for Overtime work.
- Daily Report Action Plan to Operation Manager
- Daily Report all cargoes discharging and loading with actual and correct figure In-out from Stock to Operation Manager.
- Monthly all cargoes discharging and loading with actual and correct figure In-out from Stock to Operation Manager
- Report the checking & repairing of all warehouse submit to the Operation Manager to take action
- Report percentage of Space in warehouse.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or related field.
- Over 1years experiences
- Communication Skill (English)
- Be able to work under pressure and good working as team.
- Be able stay and work in rural area.
