Job Description

We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:

Job Responsibilities & Duties

Recruit using all means, via media, networking, connection, advertisement and onsite recruitment
Conduct staff interview
Collect the required documents from staff, fill in and complete administration papers.
Make employee cards, provide uniforms to staff.
Prepare staff profile
Provide training to new recruited staff before placing them to work at sites.
Provide refresh training to staff at sites as per pre-set schedule and/or per add hoc needs
Support payment salary by cash to staffs as and when needed
Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor and department head

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree or equivalent is preferred
Organized, independent, and honest
At least 2-year work experience from any service industry (operation department)
Experience and right attitude to be a customer minded is a PLUS
Committed to high standard
Strong sense of cleanliness and tidiness
English literacy (both speaking and writing) is preferred
Good computer literate (MS Office & email)
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skill
