Job Description

We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:

Job Responsibilities & Duties

Perform passenger check-in manually or Departure Control System Greeting arriving passengers
Handling of passengers requires special handling (disable, UM, wheelchair) Manage queuing, boarding, and guide passengers to the aircraft
Providing special assistance as required
Be responsible for reporting to the superior of the assigned flight, any irregularity or any suspected activity (taking tips from passengers is prohibited)
Be responsible for strictly respecting and following safety and security rules/regulations and working procedures.

Job Requirements

Languages:

General & Technical Skills

Possess of a high school certificate or equivalent, or any university diploma is an advantage.
Capable of using computer skills
Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English, knowledge of any other language(s), an advantage

Soft Skills

Able to work under pressure
Able to work on a rotation shift
Pleasant and friendly personality with good relationship skills. Reliable and honest.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
