- Partnership Development
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with media, portals, law firms, and referral partners.
- Develop and maintain referral programs to drive new client leads.
- Coordinate partnership agreements, commission structures, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to maximize partnership value and lead flow.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key external stakeholders.
- Research and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with business growth goals.

- Growth in qualified leads and closed deals generated through partnerships.
- Quality and mutual benefit of partnerships (win-win outcomes, ongoing engagement).

- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in using computer programs such as Google Workspace and Sheet for document creation and reporting.
- Fluent in Khmer and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
