- Aggressively grow real estate agent headcount
- Lead mass recruitment initiatives for high-volume hiring.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of roles across all departments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Source and engage candidates through platforms like CamHR, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Plan and execute impactful recruitment events, including job fairs, career days, and campus hiring programs.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate multi-stage selection processes to ensure an excellent candidate fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.
- Support employer branding campaigns to enhance our visibility and appeal in the talent market.
- Track and analyze hiring metrics, providing insights and regular updates to stakeholders.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates via CamHR, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets for tracking and analyzing recruitment data.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Professional-level proficiency in English.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and meet tight deadlines effectively.
- Proven experience in a recruitment agency or in-house setting, particularly in mass recruitment.
- Knowledge of industry trends, recruitment marketing strategies, and best practices.
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to travel for recruitment events or other business needs.
