Established in 2017, Ontario International School is committed to providing excellent care and educational programs for infants and children, which blend fun and learning in a safe, secure, stimulating, and student-centered environment. Ontario is a private, international standard school that adopts the Outcome-Based Curricula from Canada and Cambodia. Responding to the increasing number of students, we are looking for a qualified candidate for the following position:
- Overall School Operation
- Ensure that the school operation runs effectively on a daily basis.
- Academic Management
- Ensure that teaching staff are well managed, the school curriculum is well implemented and the learning and teaching resources are well kept and used.
- Student Service / Admin / HR / ICT Management
- Ensure that the staff of student service, administration, HR and ICT departments are well managed.
- Finance / Accounting Management
- Ensure the efficiency of the financial recording, cash keeping, and financial budgeting/reporting.
- Marketing Management
- Ensure that the school’s overall marketing activities are dynamic and effective vis-a-vis the student enrollment target and other KPIs.
- Public Relation
- Ensure that the school has good relationships with parents, local authorities and related ministries.
- Reporting and Relation with BoD
- Effective and consistent communication and reporting with the Board of Directors.
- Khmer
- English
- Master's Degree in Education, Business, Management or Economics
- Experience in school management
- Proficient in English and Khmer
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong commitment to achieving set targets and KPIs
