Job Description
Ontario International School, established in 2017, provides quality care and education in a safe, engaging, and student-centered environment. The school follows both Canadian and Cambodian curricula. Due to increasing student enrollment, we are seeking qualified candidates for the following position:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- The Foreign Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering effective lessons, creating a positive and student-centered classroom environment, and supporting students’ learning and development. Duties include preparing weekly lesson plans, using appropriate teaching strategies and ICT tools, managing classroom routines, ensuring students’ safety and hygiene, monitoring attendance, assessing student progress, providing feedback, and preparing semester report cards.
- The teacher is also expected to work cooperatively with school staff and management, maintain good relationships with students and parents, participate in school events, and attend professional training sessions.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Fluent is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a TESOL/TEFL certificate
- Teaching experience for 1 year as a minimum
- Excellent English proficiency; native speakers are preferred
- Good communication skills
- Love and care for children
- Commitment to excellence
- Good health
