Job Description
Oversea Auto and Shipping LLC U.S.A is a leading automobile logistic company with its head office in Wisconsin U.S.A and we are now looking for 1 Shipping Executive to join our young and growing team as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare vehicle loading plans and instructions for warehouses
- Book and manage vessel schedules
- Process export custom clearance and submit shipping instructions
- Be a contact point between operational team, warehouses and vessel companies
- Must be able to check or respond emails or chats at night-time for urgent work
- Perform other work as required or assigned additionally from the management from time to time
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in or Diploma in English, Business or equivalent
- Working experience in logistics especially freight booking handling for 1 to 2 years
- Good English communication such as listening, writing and speaking
- Overtime or shift work is required during holidays in Cambodia but can work from anywhere or on the go at night-time
- Customer Service oriented
- Problem solving skill
