Founded in 2002 by Mr Paul Dubrule, The Ecole d’Hôtellerie et Tourisme Paul Dubrule has built a strong reputation and is now a leading hospitality school in Cambodia. Based in Siem Reap, the school offers professional hospitality training which meets international standards and the needs of local employers alike. The programs’ pedagogical methods are continually updated to meet the evolving needs of Cambodia’s hospitality industry. All our programs include foreign language courses as well as compulsory internships in professional businesses. We are currently recruiting for the position of Cooking Teacher in Siem Reap, Cambodia.
- Preparation for teaching students both theoretical and practical (training program, session plan, material development, evaluation..)
- Food preparation for guests, staff, and students (both international and local cuisine).
- Responsible for students’ placement/internship and liaise with hotel partner.
- Responsible for proper utilization of energy, fuel, gas, water, and maintain sanitation and hygiene.
- Collaborating with colleagues and providing general support.
- Assisting and preparing for the Academic program.
- Minimum of 5 years in the similar position, preferably in the high level of setting.
- Creative and innovative menu designs and well presentation.
- Fully understanding of Food Safety and Food Hygiene,
- ASEAN master trainer is highly recommended.
- Ability to train, teach, and develop the students.
- Good English of writing, speaking, and listening
- Bachelor degree or a diploma in a related field
- Ability to communicate, organize, and demonstrate.
- Computer, micro soft word and excel.
