Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing wholesale partners (retailers and sub-distributors) to ensure consistent re-ordering.
- Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels of high-turnover items like paper, writing instruments, and toner; collaborate with logistics to ensure timely fulfillment of bulk orders.
- Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new wholesale clients by attending industry trade shows and utilizing digital business directories.
- Sales Processing: Prepare bulk pricing quotations, negotiate terms, and oversee the preparation of sales contracts and orders.
- Trend Analysis: Analyze market demand and competitor pricing to suggest updates for the product catalog.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in wholesale sales or retail distribution, preferably within office supplies for 1 to 3 years
- Skills: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills; proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel for data tracking.
