Job Description

Peaneach Notary Public “PNP” of the Kingdom of Cambodia is officially created by Sub-decree No. 192 ANK.BK on 16 November 2017 and was registered with the Royal Government Gazette of the Kingdom of Cambodia by the 17th Year, No. 88, 4th Quarter, 2017 on page 9604.

PNP team was formed by a group of senior professional lawyers and of senior skilled civil servants who have over 15 years of experience delivering legal services in private and public sectors. PNP Office is based in Phnom Penh, the Kingdom of Cambodia to provide the certain nation-wide legal services permitted by laws to the public. We are now looking for potential and passionate candidate to join our team to provide further services to the clients.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Prepare and draft all kind of contracts, agreements and other legal documents;
  • Assist the Notary in proofreading and editing all kind of legal document and make sure that it aligns well with Cambodian laws and regulation.
  • Translate documents from Khmer to English and vice versa;
  • Communicate and maintain positive relationship with the clients such as the bank, government institutions, and other law firms;
  • Scan, digitize and organize legal documents to maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing documents;
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all information and comply with all rule and regulation of the firm;
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Female only
  • Bachelor of laws or Junior university student in law field;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal administrative role and translation;
  • Language: Khmer and English;
  • Excellent in English language, reading, writing and speaking with good grammar knowledge;
  • Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team;
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
