Job Description

We are an integrated electric power technology company. We are principally engaged in the provision of comprehensive power system engineering and technical solutions for the design, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning of HV and EHV substations, HV and EHV transmission lines as well as underground power cable systems for electricity transmission and distribution, operation and maintenance services and trading of proprietary and non-proprietary power system components and equipment.

In view of our recent foray into the Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) in August 2020, we are seeking for a suitable candidate for the following post:

  • Company Corporate Secretary (1 Position)
Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • To handle the overall secretarial and legal functions of PCL Group
  • To prepare letters, correspondences, and liaison with SERC, CSX and other relevant authorities,
  • Minutes taking (Khmer & English) for management, committees and Board of Directors’ meetings, and other meetings as and when required,
  • Must possess strong translation skills from Khmer to English, and vice versa,
  • To prepare Annal Report, quarterly reports and such other documents as maybe required by the relevant authorities,
  • To conduct data entry, tracking and organizing secure filing of relevant legal and company secretarial documents and information,
  • To draft and finalize legal documents, agreements, contract, legal and business letters,
  • To provide internal advice on basic corporate/commercial/contract laws, etc.,
  • To participate in project meeting whenever necessary to provide inputs and advice based on contract or agreement clauses for the project,
  • To implement, execute and coordinate the Risk Management framework and policy of the Group,
  • To conduct fact-finding and report legal risks, through support in the preparation of reports and analyses on legal risks,
  • Any other assignments given to you by your superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree Law, International Relationship or relate fields
  • Minimum two years professional working experience with legal background and equivalent
  • Excellent in speaking and writing in Khmer and English
  • Initiative, Team leading and Team player skills
  • Hard to working and honest
  • Able to work under pressure and different environment
  • Deadline and result-Oriented
  • Ethical and understanding the importance of compliance and high standards.
