Job Description
We are looking for energetic, friendly and compassionate people to join our team
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Use a range of strategies to encourage and develop children’s communication, behaviour and social skills.
- Support and educate parents and caregivers to improve communication and interactions with their child
- Communicate with new and existing clients, other team members, other providers and supporters
- Conduct referral interviews to gather information relevant to service provision.
- Plan and run individual and group therapy sessions and other service activities
- Complete required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- Reflect on their own performance and participate in service improvement and planning activities
- Maintain centre and resources in a safe working condition
- Develop and purchase appropriate resources based on centre and client need.
- Attend and participate in staff meetings, supervision meetings, and training to maintain and develop skills.
- Follow all organisational policies and procedures

Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Good is required
- Khmer - Fluent is required
- High School Diploma is required
- Experience working directly with children in any context including in Educational (Schools, Universities) for 1 year is preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Police Check (prior to starting employment)
- Experience working in a health, educational or NGO setting is preferred.
