Job Description
We are looking for energetic, friendly and compassionate people to join our team
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Use a range of strategies to encourage and develop children’s communication, behaviour and social skills.
- Support and educate parents and caregivers to improve communication and interactions with their child
- Conduct referral interviews to gather information relevant to service provision
- Plan and run individual and group therapy sessions and other service activities
- Complete required documentation in an accurate and timely manner
- Reflect on their own performance and participate in service improvement and planning activities
- Complete administration tasks to ensure high quality service provision and promotion, including scheduling, information collection, record keeping and reporting activities.
- Maintain centre and resources in a safe working condition
- Develop and purchase appropriate resources based on centre and client need
- Attend and participate in staff meetings, supervision meetings, and training to maintain and develop skills
- Follow all organisational policies and procedures

Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Good
- High School Diploma is required
- Experience working directly with children in any context for at least for 1 year is preferred
- English – ability to speak Khmer at a good level and be able to read and write
- Basic computer skills
- Police/background check (prior to starting the employment)
- Experience working in a health, education or NGO setting is preferred
- Commitment to child safety and wellbeing
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Compassionate and a passion for helping others
- Willingness to learn, open to new ideas
