Job Description
Phnom Penh Precast Plants is a leading supplier of modern pre-stressed spun concrete transmission poles, concrete pipes and PC/PHC piles. We do not only supply poles, piles and pipes but also provide designs and installation services. Our modern plants are located near the center of Phnom Penh and equipped with machinery from Germany and Korea.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and approach potential customers in the construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide regular follow-ups.
- Visit customer offices and project sites to introduce the company's precast concrete products.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and tender documents.
- Follow up on quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Customer Management:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and transportation teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints and report issues to management when necessary.
- Support customers to ensure timely delivery and overall satisfaction.
- Marketing Intelligence:
- Assist in implementing marketing activities to promote the company's products.
- Create and post contents on the company's social media platforms.
- Assist in preparing brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and other marketing events.
- Monitor market trends and competitors and share information with management.
- Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and quotations.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Update customer information in the company's system.
- Product & Technical Knowledge:
- Learn and understand the company's products and services and its competitors’.
- Explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Work with the design and production teams to provide suitable product solutions.
- Others:
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and timely product delivery for customers.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Sales& Marketing Manager or the Chief Commercial Officer.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Relate Field.
- Sales and marketing for 2 to 3 years as a minimum
- Prior experience in the sales of construction materials or precast concrete products is a great advantage.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, and email campaigns)
- Knowledge in marketing software and data analysis tools is preferred.
- Some knowledge of Accounting and Finance is a plus.
- Great written and spoken English skills
- Very familiar with all MS Offices
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
